★BigSiX: 16-channel desktop mixing console
Based on the SiX desktop mixer, BiG SiX is a studio-grade mixing console developed as the next step in SSL hybrid production, incorporating feedback from artists, producers, and engineers. By combining the functionality of SSL's traditional large-format consoles with a USB interface, the BiG SiX offers flexible routing functions, allowing you to enjoy the professional quality, functionality, and workflow that have previously been achieved by using SSL consoles in the studio, anywhere.
BiG SiX delivers the speed, transparency, and ultra-low distortion of the beloved 9000 series analog large consoles thanks to its SuperAnalogue design, while also offering the functionality of a 16-channel high-quality AD/DA USB audio interface. The SSL G-Comp bus compressor features renowned "auto" release, while dynamics and 3-band EQ channel processing based on the SSL 4000E console create the signature SSL sound. With up to 18 channels of analog summing, a comprehensive monitoring section, and dual stereo cues, BiG SiX is a professional studio mixing console in a desktop size.
