Its quality is legendary. Designed and manufactured in the UK, the modern 1073SPX is built with matched components to faithfully reproduce the original specifications. The 1073SPX features a 1073 Class A design microphone preamp with a 3-band EQ (fixed HF and 2 switchable bands with cut/boost functions) and a high-pass filter, adding warmth and depth to your recordings, bringing out subtle ambience, preserving spatial positioning, and capturing a more accurate image. The 1073SPX builds on the functionality of the 1073 classic module, adding additional features such as a built-in DI input, phantom power, selectable insert function, level meter, output level control, and a front input connector for easy and direct connection of microphones and instruments. The 19-inch rack-mountable 1U unit includes an external multi-voltage PSU.

The insert send/return loop function allows you to easily connect external devices such as mono limiters/compressors into the 1073SPX audio chain.
Pre-EQ Insert Send/Return – Line-level send is available from the mic preamp output stage, with a return just before the EQ stage.
Post-EQ insert send/return – Line level send available from post-EQ stage with return just before the main output stage.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
