Description

★2-channel DSD/PCM master recorder / AD/DA converter ・Records PCM up to 192kHz/24bit, DSD up to 5.6MHz ・ADDA DIRECT mode included, allowing use as a high-quality standalone AD/DA converter ・Abundant input/output terminals: Analog XLR, RCA; Digital S/PDIF, AED/EBU, SDIF-3, DSD-raw
・Equipped with high precision (1ppm or less) TCXO

■The DA-3000SD is a professional master recorder/AD/DA converter equipped with high-performance AD/DA converters. When introduced into a DAW production environment, it not only stabilizes and improves the monitoring environment, but also enables the storage of master audio sources in high resolution through high sampling.
This recording device retains the previous model, the DA-3000, with its two-channel recording capability of up to PCM 192kHz and DSD 5.6MHz, its wide range of input and output terminals, and its easy-to-use user interface, and can meet both the needs of those who want to preserve master audio sources in high quality and those who want to monitor with high sound quality in any studio, all in one unit.

■Supports high-sampling recording up to PCM 192kHz and DSD 5.6MHzThe recorder section supports recording at PCM 192kHz as well as DSD 2.8/5.6MHz.You can select the recording format that best suits the characteristics of the music you are recording. The recording media supports SDXC cards up to 512GB, making data easy to carry and store.
Multiple units can be synchronized, achieving sample-accurate synchronization for both recording and playback, and creating a DSD multi-track recording environment.

■High-quality audio circuit that can be used as an AD/DA converter The DA-3000SD is equipped with a high-quality audio circuit that can also be used as an AD/DA converter.
The power supply uses an EI core transformer with separate windings for the digital and analog circuits, minimizing noise interference and ensuring a higher-quality signal.
The output audio circuit is a dual monaural configuration with two high-quality monaural circuits, eliminating interference between the left and right channels and achieving high-quality audio output. The audio circuit is fully balanced from input to output, which is resistant to noise, reducing noise on both the input and output.
The oscillator uses a TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) with an accuracy of less than 1 ppm, achieving a high-precision clock that approaches that of a standalone clock generator.

■Abundant input/output terminals to suit a variety of environmentsThe input/output terminals are equipped with a variety of input/output terminals to allow connection to professional audio equipment.
The unit is equipped with analog inputs and outputs via XLR and RCA, digital connections via S/PDIF RCA COAXIAL and AES/EBU XLR terminals, and BNC SDIF-3 inputs and outputs for DSD digital connections.

■As a portable, high-quality DA converter, its 1U size makes it highly portable, so it can be easily installed in a rack and carried around, making it possible to create a stable monitoring environment in any studio.
It can be connected to a studio DAW system via AES/EBU. It's equipped with a WORD Sync terminal, so you can connect a high-precision clock generator if your studio has one. At home, you can connect it digitally to your home audio interface in the same way, enabling the same level of monitoring and improving work efficiency.

■As an AD converter/master recorder for mastering
By sending the Master 2 mix from the DAW and recording it on the DA-3000SD, you can record a high-resolution master sound source that cannot be achieved by bouncing in the DAW.
Also, if you want to insert vintage equipment during mastering, you can connect the DA-3000SD after your analog equipment to turn it into a high-quality AD converter/master recorder.

■DSD Multi-Track Recorder Recording and playback can be synchronized on a sample-by-sample basis, and using multiple units enables DSD multi-track recording. In addition to stereo files, it is also possible to record two mono files, so using eight units will create a 16-track multi-track recorder. Simply connect using the COAXIAL terminal. A DSD multi-track recording environment can be completed by using a mic preamplifier on the input side and an analog console on the output side.
