Experience the Germanium Pre in the API500 series! Chandler Limited's masterpiece Germanium Pre Amp has become a "secret weapon" for many engineers since its release, as a head amp capable of producing the "best vintage sound of the 2000s."

Germanium transistors were used in many of the great equipment of the past, including vintage Neve and Fairchain, but only Wade Goeke of Chandler Limited has recently taken a bite out of the beautiful, overflowing sound of germanium transistors. He has perfected them with more flexibility than you would expect.

The Germ 500 MkII is a reproduction of the outboard Germanium Pre Amp in the API 500 series modular format. You can combine this Germ 500 MkII microphone preamp (HA) with many of the top brand compressors and EQs that are included in the API 500 module!
