Description
The List Guitar, with its machined duralumin body, suddenly appeared like a comet in 2025!
The body is made by carving out solid A2017 duralumin!
This is the Open Heart Fault Mild with an ebony fingerboard.
It takes a huge amount of time to cut with a precision of 1/10,000 of a millimeter, but List Guitar's production workshop is run by CEO Takimoto, who has been manufacturing duralumin parts for 35 years, so his know-how in processing duralumin is unmatched!
CEO Takimoto's desire to create a guitar with a feather-touch tremolo that can be operated with the little finger has finally been released into the world!
To transform this characteristic, which is far stronger than wood, into a guitar sound requires skill in the neck and assembly, but the neck design and processing setup was handled by veteran Isamu Kinoshita!
The smooth neck grip and slippery fingerboard finish are impressive!
The head surface has a step to ensure tension on the 1st and 2nd strings, the knobs and escutcheon are machined from duralumin, and of course the tremolo block, etc. are all machined from solid wood!
The nut is made of TUSQ and an aluminum plate is placed on the bottom surface to further improve the acoustic characteristics.
The body back is made of a clear plate so you can see all the details.
What is particularly noteworthy is the tremolo spring idea, which was created entirely from an original concept rather than being an imitation of other ideas and is worthy of praise.
The structure is not designed for arm up and only down, so if you adjust it to a slightly forward-leaning setting like F company's, the feel of the tremolo will change.
The clean sound has a smooth texture that you wouldn't expect from a metal body.
The tap switch is also functioning effectively.
The distorted sound is smooth, but the overtones produced by picking harmonics are surprisingly pronounced, making it fun to produce harmonics.
This is a sound that could only be achieved with duralumin.
The TALBO with its AC4B cast body and the EVO with its machined A6061 aluminum body are on display in the store, so come and experience the surprise of comparing them with the duralumin List Guitar!
