Made in 1996! The Music Man AXIS in Black Translucent is now available! It features a classic combination of a beautiful quilted top and basswood body. Enjoy the beautiful birdseye maple neck for a clear, articulate tone. The original DiMarzio pickups deliver a viscous tone, and the Floyd Rose bridge combine to create a hot-playing sound reminiscent of the guitarists of yesteryear!


The condition of this particular guitar is that it is missing the set screw that secures the Floyd Rose arm and the screw that secures the arm from the back, preventing the arm from being fully secured. The current design allows for easy insertion and removal, similar to a PRS tremolo unit. There are also scratches, playing marks, and dents throughout the body, as well as slight tarnish and rust on the hardware. It is in excellent player condition. The frets remain at about 70% of their original height, and there are no issues with the neck, truss rod, or electronics! This guitar is sure to be a long-lasting favorite. Despite its age, it plays beautifully! Don't miss this opportunity!
