Description
Woodstics Guitars Produced by Ken Yokoyama
The first Woodstics Guitars release is a mini guitar with the same body shape as the ESP Sukeroku, featuring a hibiscus aloha pattern painted on the top and available in three vibrant colors. The body features a built-in speaker, so you can enjoy electric guitar sound right away without connecting to an amplifier. Activating the mini switch also changes the sound to a pleasant distortion, allowing you to play rock music anytime, anywhere.
Woodstics Concept
"Woodstics Guitars" is a line launched within ESP and produced/supervised by Ken Yokoyama.
This is a brand that creates models based on my own work, models of fellow guitarists, and ideas that suddenly come to mind.
I originally started a skate brand called "Woodstics" with a childhood friend.
Skateboards are made of wood, and guitars are made of wood too.
We thought it would be great to combine these two cool cultures/materials under the same brand name, so we consulted with ESP and launched this line.
As far as I know, I've never heard of anyone in the world making skateboards and guitars under the same brand name!
Woodstics Guitars aims to produce a wide range of products, from ultra-high spec models to beginner models.
Now that we've started, we'd like to work towards making it a brand that everyone will recognize and enjoy over the next 10 or 20 years.
We will create cool and fun things.
