A timeless color popular with connoisseurs! This pre-owned Gibson Custom Shop 1957 Les Paul Standard VOS features a divinely charming Double Gold color. [Used item for sale (consignment)] As mentioned above, there are repair marks on the back of the headstock due to a broken neck. The silkscreen on the headstock has also been changed (not original), and a veneer has been added to the underside of the headstock to maintain its strength. The logo and serial number are original.
The repair marks have been nicely painted over. Due to the veneer being attached, the post for the first string can only be wound once. This does not affect tuning or playability. This item is a used item sold on consignment, so it will be delivered in its current condition. (There is no warranty for used items. Thank you for your understanding.)

Gibson Custom Shop was established in 1984 to create the finest electric guitars and basses using high-quality manufacturing techniques, an insatiable spirit of inquiry, and carefully selected materials cultivated over many years. The Custom Shop lineup, still built using traditional handcrafting methods and a thorough knowledge of vintage instruments, is unrivaled in its exquisite craftsmanship, and is sure to become the ultimate beloved instrument that will endlessly inspire the player's innermost inspiration.

The Gold Top color was a staple in the Les Paul lineup from the launch of the Les Paul Model in 1952 through mid-1958. While various burst colors, including cherry sunburst, were introduced in the Standard Series from 1958 onward, this color remains incredibly popular. This supreme guitar embodies a commitment to vintage style with its yellowish inlays, aged nickel parts, and bumblebee accents.

In fact, the Gold Top never ceases to captivate the hearts of Les Paul enthusiasts!
Gold Top! Aren't there many enthusiasts who are obsessed with the sweet charm of gold? "The tiger eye sunburst is a bit..." This timeless look will tickle the hearts of enthusiasts who are full of manly integrity!

Gibson's Gold color has undergone minor changes many times, but this time it's a Double Gold color that Gold Top fans will love! Many people have been waiting for this color, which has a balanced blend of yellow and green, creating a calm atmosphere!

The neck shape is not the standard fat neck shape of the 1957 Les Paul, but rather the Authentic '59 Medium C-Shape, which makes it easier to grip and provides better playability!

The pickups are the Custom Shop standard "Custombucker Alnico III".
It features a vintage tone that is not too heavy and has a slightly muted feel.
Equipped with a new Bumblebee-type paper oil capacitor and a 500K CTS pot that pursues a vintage curve, the amount of change in both volume and tone when you first turn it down is gentle, allowing you to delicately and freely change the nuances just by using the controls at hand.

As mentioned above, the deep color of the Double Gold color, which has become the main color in gold colors in recent years, is irresistible! The VOS finish creates a dignified look. The faded cherry back makes this a sophisticated guitar!

The weight is approximately 4.21 kg, which is a balance that allows you to enjoy the solid sound and tone that is truly typical of a Les Paul!

This time, we have a used item in stock for sale (consignment sale). It was manufactured in 2023.
As mentioned above, the head is broken, so there are repair marks and changes to this item.
It has been repaired nicely, so there are no problems with current use or playability.

This item is a used item sold on consignment, and will be delivered in its current condition. (There is no warranty. Thank you for your understanding.)

There are also some minor scratches and dullness on parts, but these do not affect playability. *Please note that due to the characteristics of the VOS series finish, scratches and rust will naturally occur on the paint and parts.

The frets are in good condition and are almost intact. The nut is also in good condition and can be used as is. The truss rod can be adjusted normally.
