The Salen NX series is a homage from .strandberg* to the timeless classic solid body guitar.
The Salen Classic NX 6 Tremolo offers all of Salen's renowned features, but now features the EGS Pro Rev 7 tremolo system for expanded vibrato and textural versatility. Dual humbuckers and a custom-wired 5-way switch provide a wide range of humbucker and single-coil sounds for nearly any musical genre and playing style. Salen's unique body shape blends traditional, elegant aesthetics with eye-catching contemporary design, while also providing ergonomic functionality.
Equipped with the EGS Pro Rev 7 tremolo system, it now reproduces a wide range of vibrato effects and textures previously only available in Boden models. Rugged, robust, smooth and reliable, the EGS Pro Rev 7 tremolo is easy to operate and maintains tuning stability.
.strandberg* OEM humbuckers are custom-wound and crafted to faithfully transfer the unique, natural acoustic characteristics of .strandberg* guitars to your amplifier system. The 5-way switch is custom-wired and designed to provide the most versatile combination of humbucker and single-coil sounds for a wide variety of musical genres.
The Salen NX is designed for the modern musician with a foot firmly planted in both tradition and modernity, offering a visual and sonic delight. The Salen NX combines the classic sound of yesteryear with all of Strandberg's legendary innovative features, while offering a compact, ergonomic design, ultimate comfort and mobility—the best of both worlds—for today's musicians.
