●Sound quality without cooperation

The GX-10 features 23 amp types for guitar and 9 for bass. BOSS's latest AIRD technology reproduces the entire amp's behavior and interactions, resulting in an organic, lifelike sound and playability. You can choose from a wide variety of amp types, including BOSS's original high-gain types such as X-ULTRA, X-OPTIMA, and X-TITAN, as well as clean, crunch, and many other iconic models. The effects section boasts 170 high-quality effects powered by top-of-the-line digital algorithms. It covers a wide range of effects, from frequently used staples to impactful types like slicers, humanizers, and octavers. Furthermore, there are even more options for effects that players particularly care about, such as overdrive, delay, and reverb, allowing you to deeply explore your sonic possibilities.


● Create sounds exactly as you envision them.

The touch-enabled color display, combined with the four built-in knobs, enables rational and smooth sound shaping. Icons on the display can be selected by directly touching them, and intuitively moved using drag-and-drop. For fine-tuning parameters, the knobs are ideal. The effects chain allows simultaneous use of up to two preamps and 15 effects, and precise sound shaping is possible using the divider to switch between series and parallel connections. It also supports loading cabinet IR data and connecting external pedals via SEND/RETURN. Furthermore, editing can be done on a PC using the dedicated BOSS TONE STUDIO app (Windows/macOS).
By connecting the separately sold Bluetooth Audio MIDI DUAL Adapter, you can also use the mobile app (iOS/Android).


●High controllability

The GX-10 offers surprisingly versatile control for its portable size, thanks to its expression pedal and three footswitches. The expression pedal functions not only as a volume and wah pedal, but can also automatically activate the tuner when turned all the way down. Furthermore, the three footswitches provide three different control modes, allowing players to choose the mode best suited to their needs.
■UP/DOWN
Switch between memories up and down. With a single operation, you can instantly switch all settings to different tones. This simplifies foot controls.
■MANUAL
The three footswitches allow you to individually turn the effects assigned to each one on or off. This provides a control feel similar to a pedalboard.
■BANK/NUMBER
You can switch between three memories within the bank. You can also use "Current Number," which allows you to control any function by pressing the footswitch for the selected memory again. If you assign a booster and delay to the current number in the backing memory, you can even solo with just one memory. With a little ingenuity, you can switch between many different tones from a single bank.

The GX-10 expands the possibilities for guitarists and bassists. The dedicated app allows for not only tone editing but also management of created memories. Multiple memories can be grouped together as live sets and saved to a PC. Tone management tailored to different uses, genres, and setlists becomes much smarter. Furthermore, access to the online platform BOSS TONE EXCHANGE is available. You can download necessary tones for your band, upload your best creations to other GX users, and share live sets with others. Live sets created with the GX-100 are also usable. The GX-10 also features an audio interface function. It supports recording to a USB-connected PC or mobile device, allowing you to create music and performance videos.
