■Gamechanger Audio 5th Anniversary White Color

Only available at Ikebe Musical Instruments in Japan!

Gamechanger Audio and Nashville, Tennessee-based record label Third Man Records (headed by Jack White of The White Stripes) have teamed up to introduce a new distortion pedal, the PLASMA Coil.

The PLASMA Coil is a special edition of the PLASMA Pedal created by Gamechanger Audio and Third Man Records.
Jack White used PLASMA Coil on The Raconteurs' latest album, "Help Us Stranger," and on their tour, and will be using it in their upcoming projects.

At the heart of the PLASMA Coil is Gamechanger Audio's revolutionary high-voltage discharge technology, which "discharges" the input signal to create distortion.

While AC/DC has been printing "High Voltage Rock'n'Roll" on T-shirts since 1973, the PLASMA Pedal was the world's first pedal to literally amplify the input signal up to 3500 volts. With the addition of a multi-octave-style circuit and a footswitch that can be toggled between latching and unlatching, the PLASMA Pedal takes High Voltage distortion to the next level.

An innovative distortion pedal that converts the input signal into high-voltage plasma and discharges it into a xenon tube.
This method produces incredibly clear, responsive distortion with an incredibly sharp, sizzling sound. This patent-pending high-voltage discharge technology also acts as a natural noise gate, adding a striking contrast to the staccato sound of fuzz while also eliminating unwanted noise and pickup hum.

The discharge tubes react to the input signal and generate beautiful lightning bolts that will have all players hooked. In short, you're playing Inazuma!

Key features:
High-voltage plasma distortion circuit converts the input signal into a 3500-volt discharge. Features two EQ controls: low and high. VOLTAGE knob adjusts the current sent to the plasma tube. EFFECT knob switches between six modes. Volume boost. Two sub-harmonic modes (bit crusher style, octave down).
Upper Harmonic Mode (one octave above fuzz style)
- Two mix modes (octave up/down, or both)
EFFECT Footswitch summons PLASMA Coil special effects MASTER VOLUME knob cuts or boosts output level ON/OFF silent footswitch EFFECT Footswitch can be switched between latching and unlatching

The natural noise gate stops the performance, and the xenon gas-filled tube stops discharging. At the same time, the PLASMA Coil gates (stops) the signal output. This eliminates pickup noise and unmuted string noise, creating extreme contrast between each note.

Ultra-wide range EQ
The PLASMA Coil features wide-range low and high EQs, allowing you to create a powerful sound by discharging electricity into a xenon gas-filled tube, then adjust the EQ to your liking.

Unique Harmonic Saturation
By "discharging" the input signal, the PLASMA Coil generates more nonlinear harmonic saturation than any other pedal. This produces an incredibly rich, responsive attack and sharp, animalistic overtones. These overtones, a by-product of the high-voltage discharge, could never have been produced by traditional amplification circuits. This means that the PLASMA Coil is a distortion unlike any other pedal available.
