The 15 Watt Howitzer Guitar Amp/Preamp is an ultra-compact product that makes a great part of a highly portable rig or as an emergency backup and gig saver in case your main amp fails.
Like a chameleon, it is musically extremely flexible and can be adapted to a wide range of genres depending on the equipment and style used.
The 15-Watt Howitzer's Volume and Gain controls let you dial in clean or crunch tones as needed, while the Bass, Mid, and Treble knobs offer extensive tone shaping. The FX Loop lets you insert effects like reverb and delay after the preamp. Or, you can run your guitar through effects pedals and then route their output directly to the 15-Watt Howitzer's input.
- 15 watts output, yet compact enough to fit easily on a pedal board or gig bag
- Full set of controls for detailed sound shaping: Volume, Gain, Bass, Mid, Treble
- Bright/Norm switch: Switch between a slight top boost with more presence or a slightly darker top end
- Class D amplifier design for maximum power efficiency in the smallest possible space. Note: Class D does not stand for digital circuitry. This is a solid-state design and does not perform any digital signal processing.
- FX LOOP with send/return jacks located between the preamp section and the volume knob
- Dedicated power adapter included
