The FT-1Y (FLIGHT TIME) was sadly discontinued in 2016. However, in response to enthusiastic requests from players around the world, it will be revived as the FT-2Y.
For the release of the FT-2Y, we have redesigned not only the analog and power supply circuits, but also the digital circuits and firmware to dramatically improve sound quality. While retaining the FT-1Y's features (such as the world's first real-time BPM analyzer and delay time offset function), we have further improved both sound quality and functionality with features such as instrument/line level switching and more preset switching modes. Note 2) The real-time BPM analyzer may not be able to recognize the BPM for performances that incorporate odd time signatures, or for orchestral or piano performances.
