Because accordions are acoustic instruments, their condition can change due to a variety of factors, including changes in humidity and temperature, and invisible dust particles getting caught in the gaps between the reeds.
For this reason, if you receive an uninspected product as it was when it was shipped from the manufacturer, it may have muffled notes or strange metallic noises. Since our store inspects and ships products at "Kankendo," a physical store specializing in keyboard instruments and accordions, we will ship products that have passed the latest inspection. We recommend purchasing an accordion from a specialty store with product knowledge and a tuner on staff.
