Introducing the new Tim Henson signature model TOD10NL for left-handed players!

Tim Henson
Dallas, Texas band Polyphia released their debut full-length album, "Muse," on Equal Vision Records. The album, which was self-produced prior to their debut, has now been remastered and repackaged through the label, making it the band's first US-distributed album. The album, produced by Nick Sampson (Of Mice & Men, Asking Alexandria), is also available for streaming at Polyphia.merchnow.com. The highly anticipated album was nominated in various categories on the Billboard charts, reaching #5 on the Internet Albums list, #6 on the Hard Rock Albums list, #13 on the Independent Albums list, #22 on the Top Rock Albums list, #71 on the Top Current Albums list, and #76 on the Top 200.
"What we wanted to do was write very unique songs, unite our diverse fan base, and create an album that everyone could love and be interested in," said Tim Henson, the band's guitarist. From the enchanting "87" to the emotional "Finale," the album features a wide range of tracks, including collaborations with guest artists such as Aaron Marshall (Intervals), Nick Johnston, Jason Richardson (Chelsea Grin), Jakub Zytecki (Nick Sampson (I Am Abomination)), Mario Camarena, and Erick Hansel (CHON).

TOD10N
As an artist, Tim is always willing to renew, revitalize, and even reconstruct the image of his band, and his new signature model is the nylon electric guitar, the TOD10N. Featuring a striking inlay design called "Tree of Death," the distorted nylon sound produced by this guitar truly evokes a new era.

■ FR-shaped hollow body with side ports (with fan bracing)
Based on the Ibanez original FR single-cut shape, this guitar features a hollow body approximately 50mm thick and features fan bracing on the top, a feature common in classical guitars. While there is no sound hole on the top of the body, there is a sound port on the side closest to the player. This design allows for a comfortable hold comparable to an electric guitar, while still allowing for a natural nylon sound.

■ 46mm Nut Width / 400mm Radius The fingerboard nut width is midway between that of a typical classical guitar and an electric guitar, and the fingerboard has a 400mm radius. Designed with electric guitar players like Tim in mind, these specifications set the guitar apart from classical guitars to enable smooth fingering. Furthermore, this instrument pioneers a new category of nylon electric guitar, and features a slightly lower string height (compared to a typical classical guitar) that even allows for a buzzing sound.

■ Tree of Death fingerboard inlay
The name and design, which seem to form a counterpart to the Ibanez-iconic fingerboard inlays, are special specifications that symbolize the TOD model, realized from Tim's own idea.

■ Fishman Sonicore pickup & Ibanez AEQ210TF preamp with onboard tuner The pickup is a Fishman Sonicore, which amplifies the acoustic sound naturally. The onboard tuner is an Ibanez AEQ 210TF preamp with a 2-band equalizer. (Powered by a 9V alkaline battery)

■ Sitka spruce solid body top, sapele body sides & back

■ Walnut fingerboard and bridge

D'Addario XTC45 strings (.028/.032/.040/.028W/.035W/.044W)
