[Sales agency (consignment of used goods)]

Veillette Guitars, based in Woodstock, New York, is a handmade guitar and bass brand created by veteran luthier Joe Veillette, who previously founded Veillette-Citron Guitars with Harvey Citron and, in the 1990s, designed numerous instruments with Stewart Spector and Michael Tobias.

The Flyer Bass has a compact body that is slightly smaller than an electric bass, and is ultra-lightweight at just 2.2kg, about half the weight, yet produces a rich, natural sound that is characteristic of Viellete, without losing its clarity and punch.

The body features a solid maple back, maple body sides with varying thicknesses due to a unique processing method, and a smoothly curved Sitka spruce top with bracing that maximizes strength and acoustics, while also addressing durability, a weakness of acoustic basses.

In addition, it has a built-in 18V piezo system (preamp) to produce more than enough volume and a clear, transparent sound, and the volume and tone controls located on the edge of the sound hole allow you to adjust the volume and tone.

The condition of the guitar is excellent, with a few small dents and bridge marks on the top of the body, and a slight cloudiness in the paint on the headstock, but no other noticeable damage. The fingerboard, rod, and other functional aspects are also in excellent condition.

You can enjoy the natural sound when practicing, and when connected to an amplifier, you can enjoy a rich, amplified, and vivid acoustic sound.

An acoustic sound born from Joe Viellete's tireless pursuit!
