MD's MMProduce SE-01 is a new type of electric guitar developed in collaboration with Masaki Matsubara, taking a more modern and practical approach to an electric guitar style similar to the old Gibson Chet Atkins model and Godin guitars.
The MD MM Produce SE-01/F we are introducing this time is a model that has an updated look with an F-hole sound hole, giving it a more chic look.
Studio musicians often receive requests for a variety of guitars, including electric, acoustic, and nylon guitars, all of which are completely different in style. With acoustic guitars, there's also the worry of unwanted noise and feedback. The SE-01/F was developed in response to these requests, pursuing the ideal of an electro-acoustic guitar that offers the feel of an electric guitar without the worry of unwanted noise.
The PIEZO pickup is the key to the sound, and after much trial and error while struggling with accuracy, we arrived at USA-Fishman's TOP-Bridge (Tune-O-Matic-Piezo).The circuit section uses the VST-2/A (Versatile Active 3-Tone EQ system), which means it is designed to be useful for line recording as well.Furthermore, since it is a Tune-O-Matic type, it also allows you to set string height and octave tuning.
The chambered body design eliminates the worry of feedback that has plagued musicians on stage, and the ability to play without worrying about feedback has been highly praised.Although it has the looks of a solid guitar, it is designed to meet a variety of demands as an electro-acoustic guitar.
The SE-01/F is a high-quality instrument that can produce a wide variety of tones, from chord accompaniment to lead guitar, and also has the potential to use effects to create unique tones.
