Description
Description
The AC-60 is a compact, high-performance stereo monitor amplifier designed specifically for acoustic guitar. It faithfully reproduces the rich resonance of an acoustic guitar, delivering a natural, satisfying sound. Its two-channel configuration allows for microphone input, making it suitable for use as a compact monitor system.
Introducing the AC-60 RW, a rosewood-finish model. It features a brown front net and gold knobs, making it a perfect match for acoustic guitars.
High-performance stereo monitor amplifier for acoustic guitar
The AC-60 is a dedicated monitor amplifier that faithfully reproduces the natural tone of your acoustic guitar. Equipped with two wide-range 16cm (6.5-inch) speakers, it delivers a rich, 30W + 30W stereo output. Despite its compact size, it features a bass-reflex cabinet, beautifully reproducing the rich sound of your acoustic guitar.
The unit's bottom is equipped with an arm stand, allowing you to tilt the unit upward, creating the best possible monitoring environment even when placed on the floor. The unit also comes with a speaker stand adapter on the bottom, allowing you to attach the separately sold ST-A95 speaker stand (excluding tax) for use as a standing monitor or simple PA system.
◎ 2-channel specification that also supports microphone input
The AC-60 has two channels: a GUITAR channel and a MIC/LINE channel.
The GUITAR channel is equipped with a PIEZO/MAGNETIC pickup selector switch, allowing you to maximize the characteristics of each. The MIC/LINE channel also supports 48V phantom power, allowing you to directly connect a condenser microphone. It's compatible with a wide range of acoustic instruments, and even allows you to mix two guitars.
In addition, the GUITAR channel and MIC/LINE channels are each equipped with a 3-band EQ, allowing you to independently adjust the sound quality of each channel to suit the pickup characteristics, your preferred sound quality, and the performance environment.
High-quality digital effects and anti-feedback. The chorus comes with three types: SPACE, a spatial synthesis chorus inherited from JC; RICH, a frequency-splitting stereo chorus; and WIDE, which produces an even more expansive sound. The stereo design allows for a rich, expansive sound.
The reverb section is a natural-sounding stereo reverb developed specifically for acoustic guitar, with simple operation using a single knob for quick and intuitive control.
The delay is also tuned specifically for acoustic guitars, providing a soft, natural delay sound that doesn't impair the character of your acoustic guitar.
It also features anti-feedback to eliminate feedback, a common problem when monitoring acoustic guitars, and an auto function that automatically detects feedback points, so you can play at high volumes with peace of mind.
The chorus, reverb, delay, and anti-feedback effects can all be remotely turned on/off by connecting a foot switch (sold separately), which is extremely useful during live performances.
◎ Mute function for convenient tuning and changing guitars
The AC-60 is equipped with a mute function that easily cuts off the output from the built-in speaker and LINE OUT. With mute on, you can switch guitars without turning down the volume, and you can plug and unplug the guitar without any noise.
Even when muted, sound is still output from the tuner output, allowing you to tune. This mute function can also be turned on/off with a foot switch (sold separately).
◎ Equipped with a wide range of input terminals
The AC-60 is equipped with a wide range of input and output terminals, allowing it to be used in a variety of situations.
The TD-100 comes equipped with two types of external input jacks: a pin jack and a standard jack, allowing you to input stereo signals from devices such as a CD player or rhythm machine. This lets you mix the sound from a CD or other source with the sound from your guitar or microphone.
The direct out (DI/TUNER) can be used to connect a tuner or mixer, etc. It also supports balanced output via TRS.
The LINE OUT is equipped with two types of stereo jacks: an XLR type stereo output and a standard mono output, allowing you to output high-quality sound that takes advantage of the AC-60's high-quality effects.
The subwoofer output allows for more powerful bass reproduction, and by connecting a powered subwoofer, it can also be used as a simple, high-performance PA system.
Of course, it also comes equipped with a headphone jack, which is convenient for late-night practice sessions and sound checks.
