Introducing the ARC-53M, a compact version of the classic ARC-3 switcher that inherits its versatility, high sound quality, and durability! The ARC-53M retains the same basic specifications as the ARC-3, including the HTS (Holistic Tonal Solution) circuit that operates at an internal voltage of ±15Vdc and the ability to control MIDI devices, all while being smaller.

FREE THE TONE has poured its know-how, gained from building custom products for numerous professional musicians, into the ARC-53M, incorporating an HTS circuit that maximizes the individual characteristics of guitars, basses, effects, and amps. The HTS circuit manages the entire signal line, including the input, output, and send/return to effects.
- MIDI program change numbers and MIDI control change numbers can be sent simultaneously.
Number of simultaneous MIDI program change number transmissions: 4 (MIDI transmission channel: fixed to CH1 to CH4)
- Number of simultaneous MIDI control change number transmissions: 4
- A custom-made foot switch is used, which has a quiet click sound, a fast response, and allows for quick operation.
The foot switches are spaced 70mm apart, and by changing the angle of the first and second rows, they are positioned to be easy to operate despite the small size of the housing.
A dedicated panel is provided for setting presets and other settings. The number of levels in the edit menu has been reduced as much as possible, dramatically improving operability. You no longer need to spend a lot of time editing.
- Preset and bank editing functions (copy, delete) are provided.
By switching the DISPLAY mode, you can see at a glance the program change number currently being transmitted for each MIDI channel.
To prevent sweat and other moisture from directly penetrating the internal circuit boards of the device, a lens is used for the LED above the foot switch, and a felt sheet is attached to the back of the display.
- High-strength molded plastic phone jacks are used, ensuring peace of mind even during long-term use.
- Uses a universal AC adapter and is compatible with AC 100V to 240V.
The control panel is equipped with a LOCK function to prevent accidental operation while playing.
