Description
The MXR(R) Sub Octave Bass Fuzz is a fuzz pedal specifically designed for bass guitar, adding a sub-octave effect to create a rich, dark sound. The deep fuzz tone is complemented by low-frequency subharmonics, creating a unique and powerful bass sound.
The SUB OCTAVE BASS FUZZ is a pedal that combines the Growl section of the BASS OCTAVE DELUXE with a traditional fuzz circuit.
It allows you to mix three different sounds: a fuzz sound with tone control via BASS/TREBLE, a sub-octave sound that creates a sound one octave lower, and a dry sound with mid-range control.You can add deep bass and fuzz sounds while preserving the original bass sound.
The FUZZ sound can be switched between WARM and BRIGHT sounds in addition to tone control, and the sub-octave can also be turned on/off individually when the effect is on, allowing you to use different effect sounds as needed.
