Things/Beyond's bass tube preamp has been updated to 2S!
This is a handy, compact preamp that doesn't have the heavy vacuum tube sound of an all-tube preamp, but adds just the right amount of warmth and thickness to go with any instrument or other equipment.
Although it is powered by 9V, it has a wide headroom and can be used for all types of bass, and the EQ is naturally variable and easy to use, which is great.
●While retaining the characteristics of the BASS WIRED before the upgrade to 2S, the increased headroom makes it less prone to distortion and more modern.
While retaining the compression feel unique to vacuum tubes, it also produces a clear, well-defined sound, delivering high-resolution deep bass that won't get lost in the band ensemble.
This is a bass preamp equipped with a 3-band EQ and vacuum tubes. It features a 3-band EQ with boost/cut frequencies of. Each frequency band is unique to Beyond, making it suitable for a variety of scenes.
●Vacuum tube gain balance: 1:1 at volume 12 o'clock. Based on a clean tone, we have achieved an optimal balance, including the sense of sound pressure with distortion at maximum volume.
The even harmonics inherent in vacuum tubes give the sound a richness and three-dimensionality.
