Description
Description
The new SINGLE INPUT PREAMP DI is now available from the effects pedal brand TRIAL!
The SINGLE INPUT PREAMP was born from a desire to use the sound quality of the DUAL INPUT PREAMP in a mono system.
It consists of a high-quality head amp and a brilliance control for pickup tone correction and fine-tuning the sound to suit the venue's speakers. The SINGLE INPUT PREAMP DI adds DI functionality to these features. By creating a DI output within the SINGLE INPUT PREAMP circuit, you can send a signal to a mixer or mic preamp that is better in terms of sound quality and noise than if you were to connect an external DI separately.
It can also be operated using phantom power. To ensure high performance even with phantom power, high-performance analog ICs from Texas Instruments and Burr-Brown are used.
- The DIs that are permanently installed in live music venues as bring-in DIs do not have a standard manufacturer or model number, and the quality and tone vary.
I want my own DI that I can use with confidence. If I'm going to buy one, I want something better than the permanently installed DI.
I want to get good sound with minimal additional equipment.
For such musicians, we recommend this DI specifically designed for acoustic guitars and ukuleles.
For recording
The DI function allows direct connection to the microphone input of a mixer or to microphone preamplifiers such as Neve, which are popular in professional settings.
You can combine it with various equipment regardless of connector compatibility to create a better sound system.
