Description

The long-awaited new standard model from SAKAE OSAKA HERITAGE has arrived!!

[While maintaining the bright sound characteristic of maple, the bass has been enhanced to create a more solid sound.]

SAKAE OSAKA HERITAGE's first snare drum was created by building on previously released models from scratch and brushing them up to better suit modern music.
We have poured all of our research into sound, gained from the music industry, into this product, further improving the stability of the mid-low range.
The material is made from high-quality maple, which emphasizes a balanced sound and rich overtones.
Although the same maple wood is used, the thickness of each piece of wood and how it is layered to form the shell have been completely redesigned, resulting in a more refined, rich, and pleasant sound.

[About the sound]
During the design process, the highest priority was placed on improving sound pressure and sound directionality.
We have tested hundreds of combinations of materials, thickness, depth, and part shapes, and in order to accurately evaluate the finished products, we not only rely on our in-depth knowledge of musical instruments and many years of experience, but also evaluate them in ensembles at live performances.
This pursuit of sound is the foundation of development at SAKAE.

[Quality]
SAKAE OSAKA HERITAGE's engineers have close relationships with world-renowned drummers,
Prototyping, feedback, and improvement are the three pillars of SAKAE's development process.
We place importance on a continuous flow in the development process that integrates the artist's proposals and the sound engineer's requests.
It has been tested countless times in live performances, studio recordings, and other settings, and combines important elements that are often overlooked, such as the unity of the sound in the ensemble, balance with other instruments, constituent harmonics, and reverberation, to create the sound with extreme precision.

[Mighty Halo Hoop]
The hoop edges are angled inward, producing a powerful sound with controlled high-frequency overtones.

[Die-cast lug]
The lugs also help transmit vibrations that the shell cannot fully transmit, and making them one piece allows sound to be transmitted from top to bottom more quickly, resulting in a sharper sound.

[Strainer]
Smooth and smooth operation. Locks securely while eliminating unnecessary operating noise.

[Snare wire]
Ultra high carbon wire (higher carbon content than regular high carbon wire) is used,
The response is fast and the volume is loud. The problem of breakage due to hardness has been solved by our unique manufacturing method.

*Please note that as this guitar is on display and available for trial play in the store, there may be signs of use such as dents on the headstock.
