The next generation standard studio monitor that faithfully reproduces the original sound

The M-200 is a studio monitor headphone created based on the concept of creating a "next-generation studio monitor" that perfectly fits with today's music production. It combines V-MODA's sound creation know-how cultivated in the DJ market with Roland's experience and technology.
The tuning focuses on increasing resolution across the entire frequency range, adding a rich bass range with a smooth mid- and high-range sound.


Equipped with a newly developed dynamic driver using CCAW voice coil

The newly developed dynamic driver employs a large-diameter 50mm CCAW voice coil. The CCAW voice coil further enhances response (sound onset), and the angled 50mm driver reproduces direct sound without distortion or disruption from low to high frequencies.
The shape and thickness of the ear pads have been further adjusted to create a larger space, resulting in more realistic sound.


Balanced audio compatible

Supports balanced connections. Improved left and right separation delivers clearer, more detailed sound. Compatible cable (3.5mm 4-pole plug) included as standard.


High-resolution compatible

The frequency response is wide, from 5Hz to 40kHz, and is compatible with high-resolution audio. With the recent proliferation of high-resolution compatible devices, monitoring in a high-resolution compatible environment has become essential.


Usability as a monitor is even better than previous models

The newly designed headband reduces the weight of the headphones during use, allowing them to be worn comfortably for long periods of time. Unlike headphones that are held in place by pressing them against the ears, the headband supports the headphones over the entire head.
The durability has been further improved, ensuring sufficient durability against twisting of the headphones when monitoring with one ear. The joint at the hinge has also been reinforced.
It inherits features from previous models that have been highly praised in the music production scene, such as audio input terminals on both the left and right sides.
