●Nanodiamonds are nanocarbon materials with the crystalline structure of diamond particles with a particle size of 100nm (1nm = 1/1,000,000mm) or less.
Research is also progressing on nanodiamonds, which are crystalline nanodiamond semiconductor particles with spontaneous electric charges. By utilizing their characteristic of active function (electrical resonance) that excites changes in power, voltage, or current as an electrical signal, forming an electrode surface layer, the electrode surface layer functions as a hole phase shift layer that accelerates the movement of electrons at the boundary between the electrode and the dielectric, thereby lowering internal impedance and improving the dielectric constant.
