This book is an expanded and revised version of his "MIND DRUM" series, which ran for about a year in Rhythm & Drum Magazine and focused on the drummer's mentality, and also includes a wealth of new content. This book captures the unique mentality and mindset required to navigate the times, even as someone who continues to be active at the forefront of his music for over 40 years. The end of the book also includes a special talk session with JIRO of GLAY, who has supported Nagai for many years, and a re-recorded interview with TAKURO of GLAY, which appeared on the cover of Rhythm & Drum Magazine in December 2014, marking Nagai's 50th birthday and 30th anniversary as a drummer!
