Description

The Fender Stratocaster, the most iconic electric guitar model, is celebrating its 60th anniversary.
This is the definitive Stratocaster research mook that provides a thorough chronological explanation of the evolution of each model released over the 30 years from its birth in 1954 to 1984!

Based on the many years of research and dedication of author Yasumasa Imai, a renowned authority on vintage guitars, and with the cooperation of various guitar shops, this latest updated edition of our Stratocaster research and appreciation book is packed with content that rivals our previously published works such as "Strato Seventies," "Mustang Authority," and "Telecaster Authority." It features a wealth of photographs of actual Stratocasters from various years, including the first 1954 model, as well as detailed (disassembled) images.

The book is packed with photos and data that thoroughly elucidate the specifications and evolution of the instrument itself, so it is sure to be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from Stratocaster enthusiasts and users to collectors and connoisseurs who have a passion for this type of guitar research book.
