Description
Description
Dingwall has impressed first-call bassist Lee Sklar, who has participated in recordings and live performances with many famous artists, and has earned high praise from connoisseurs around the world for its distinctive FANNED-FRET SYSTEM, body balance, pickup placement, and more.
Like the Combution and NG series, the D-Roc Standard is a new addition to the D-Roc lineup that boasts high cost performance and quality comparable to higher-end models, thanks to the wood it sources in Canada and the United States, the wood is processed at a factory in China, and the assembly is completed in a workshop in Canada.
This model is based on a mahogany body, maple neck, and pau ferro fingerboard, and is inspired by Lamborghini. The beautifully thin top arch and back contour eliminate the head drop that is common in TB-type shapes, making it a model that combines ultimate design with outstanding playability.
This instrument is equipped with an FD-3N pickup, which produces an authentic sound with excellent response and sound projection, and Dingwall's distinctive pickup arrangement allows for a wide range of tones, from a crisp, solid sound to a thick, powerful, powerful sound.
The D-Bird's pickup arrangement of "Front, Middle and Rear/Middle/Middle&Rear/Rear" gives it a PB-like sound, an NG-2-like sound, and power that is comparable to that of an active guitar, outputting all pickups.
The scale starts at 36.25 inches for the 4th string and is 34 inches for the 1st string, the same as a standard long scale. This FANNED-FRET SYSTEM ensures that each string produces well-balanced tension and a solid tone. Another appealing feature of this model is the well-defined sound produced by the tight range of the strings.
Fanned frets are a technology that has already begun to be adopted by many other brands under the name of multi-scale. They are designed to follow the natural movement of the arm, so if you play without thinking about the angle, it is surprisingly easy to play, and the body balance makes it seem like the guitar has an ultra-long 36.25-inch scale.
Be sure to try out the D-Roc, which has evolved its classic design into a modern instrument with improved playability!
