This rare model, "Beb," from the long-established workshop TUNE is custom-made and features a rare crotch walnut top, a Phoenix JP-5 single pickup (with a humbucker-sized cover) instead of the standard SWB humbucker pickup, a CLE-1 preamp with a clear tone, and the same three-stage notch point mini switch found on the PH-7-5.
One of the appealing features of this model is that, when you actually hold it, the first fret doesn't seem too far away (especially when playing seated). The rich resonance unique to this scale is particularly striking. Furthermore, while the standard model features an ash body, this model features a walnut top, resulting in a more substantial bottom end and a rich, crisp, and well-defined bass. In addition to the rich, nuanced sound image unique to the single pickup and the punchy, sustain-rich ZB bridge, the notched switch, characteristic of this bass, offers a wide range of expression, from percussive low notes to aggressive, powerful low notes and a solid, stable, and stable low end. The distinctive sound image, even on loud, low tunes, will reliably support your fingers, picks, and slaps. Another distinctive feature of this model is its thick, clear sound and extremely pleasant, smooth resonance.
Even when placed upright on a stand, it's surprising how little difference in size there is between the standard 34-inch TWB model from the same brand and this model, only about the length of the head logo. Even when held, it gives an overall sharp impression.
Although there are signs of use such as dents and dull parts, there are no problems with the neck or electrical components, and the neck and truss rod are still in good working order.
