"Wireless Go (3rd Generation)" is the third generation wireless microphone system in the RODE Wireless series.
It consists of two transmitters with built-in high-quality microphones and one receiver that connects to the filming equipment, and supports dual-channel recording.
It features a simple design with a clip on the back of the unit, making it easy to attach to clothing or a camera.

The convenience has been greatly improved from the previous model, the Wireless Go II, with a transmission distance of up to 260m (line of sight), more than 40 hours of onboard recording in 32-bit float format, and a locking connector for the lavalier microphone terminal.
It also has a gain assist function that automatically adjusts the input audio to the optimum volume at all times, making it easy for anyone to record audio that is easy to hear and broadcast in real time without having to make detailed settings.

Both the transmitter and receiver can operate for up to 7 hours, and the transmitter's remaining battery level and transmission status can be checked on the receiver's LCD monitor.
Transmission between the transmitter and receiver uses RODE's cutting-edge Series IV 2.4GHz digital transmission and a near-zero latency codec with 128-bit encryption, providing clear and stable audio transmission up to 260m (line of sight).
It is also compatible with the Wireless Pro, Interview Pro, and Wireless Me series, which use digital transmission, and the transmitter and receiver of each product can be freely paired and used.

In addition, the transmitter can be directly connected to RODE's audio interface products, such as the Roadcaster Video, Roadcaster Pro II, Roadcaster Duo, and Streamer X, allowing for flexible setup depending on the recording or distribution environment.
Depending on whether or not post-recording editing is required, you can select the recording mode: merge mode, which combines the output from two transmitters into one recording, or split mode, which records the output from each transmitter on separate left and right channels.

■Onboard recording with 32-bit float for distortion-free sound:
The transmitter is equipped with 32GB of internal memory, allowing for "on-board recording" that records audio on the transmitter alone while transmitting it to the receiver.
In addition, onboard recording supports recording at a bit depth of 32-bit float.

There is no need to adjust the gain during recording, and distortion can be easily avoided by adjusting the gain after recording.
Onboard recording can be switched between Always mode, which records continuously while the device is running, and Manual mode, which allows you to start recording by pressing the REC button on the transmitter.
Even when not connected to a receiver, the internal memory can store more than 40 hours of recording data in 32-bit float, making it useful as a backup in case of audio transmission problems.
Onboard recording data output, transmitter/receiver setting changes, charging, and firmware updates can be intuitively controlled by connecting to a PC or smartphone via the included SC33 (charging hub) and using the RODE app "RODE Central."

To ensure clear recording in a variety of situations, the unit is equipped with a "gain assist function" that emphasizes ease of use and a "safety channel function" that supports more reliable recording.

The Gain Assist function automatically adjusts the input gain to the transmitter, reducing loud sounds and increasing quiet sounds, making it easy to always record audio that is easy to hear.
You can choose from two modes: "Auto" mode, which always delivers stable sound, and "Dynamic" mode, which produces a natural finish that makes the most of the sound's inflection.

This function reduces the effort required for audio editing and also helps ensure stable audio recording during live streaming.
The safety channel function outputs a backup audio source from the right channel of the receiver, which is -10dB lower than all input audio.
If there's a sudden loud noise or unexpected noise, you can use the backup audio during editing to avoid distortion.

In addition, the output gain from the receiver's 3.5mm TRS connector can be manually adjusted in 3dB increments.
Presets are also available for connected devices such as cameras and headphones, allowing for quick and easy gain management.

■Can be connected to a variety of devices Not only does it come with a 3.5mm TRS cable for analog connection of the receiver to a camera, but it also comes with a USB-C cable and Lightning cable required for digital connection to a PC or smartphone, allowing it to be used in combination with a variety of devices.
When connected to a PC, the Gain Assist function automatically adjusts the volume, making it easy to deliver clear audio during webinars and online meetings, without having to worry about the distance between the speaker and the PC or how the cable is managed.

On smartphones, it can be used with camera apps that support external audio input.
If you have an iOS device, you can make use of it even more conveniently by using RODE's dedicated camera app, "RODE Capture."
"RODE Capture" allows you to record simultaneously using the main camera and the in-camera, and you can also change the microphone settings within the app.

In addition, the receiver's 3.5mm TRRS terminal can be used to connect a headset, allowing you to monitor the audio transmitted from the transmitter as well as input audio from the headset.
