Description
Description
This is a special, authentic guitar, custom-made for fingerstyle players, with materials selected in collaboration with the artisans at Yairi Studio!
K.YAIRI is a Japanese brand that has maintained its craftsman spirit since the 1970s, with the motto "Made in Japan, from a workshop in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture," and a style of handcrafted production by a small, elite team of around 30 people.
The brand offers a wide range of products, from custom models to affordable models, but its commitment to making everything in Japan has made it popular not only in Japan but around the world, with fans all over the world.
This "YFC CTM" is a one-of-a-kind, special custom model that was created by our store staff, who planned the specifications from scratch and traveled to the Yairi workshop in Gifu to select the materials in order to create a guitar that would be recommended for fingerstyle players.
We selected the 000 size body shape "YF" which is easy to hold and has excellent sound separation, and added a cutaway to allow for playability in high positions.
The top is made of beautiful pure white 3A grade Englemann spruce, and the back and sides are made of densely grained Indian rosewood. Working with the skilled craftsmen at Yairi Studio, we carefully select each piece from our extensive stock of wood to find the best tap tone and appearance.
The soft, warm overtones that are unique to the Englemann top, combined with the excellent response that the YF (000) body provides, even with a light touch, has resulted in an outstanding sound that is perfect for fingerstyle playing.
The slightly narrow 43mm nut width and thin, U-shaped neck shape make it easy to play even for those with smaller hands. The medium 630mm scale length ensures that the body responds well to even gentle touches, making this an instrument that combines a rich tone with outstanding ease of play, even for women and those new to fingerstyle playing.
The tuning pegs are the popular "GOTOH 510" tuners, known for their high precision and modern look. The decorative details include flame maple binding and an abalone single-ring rosette, creating a gorgeous yet soft impression. Even the smallest details, like the original headstock shape, were carefully considered.
Both the sound and the looks are so good that it could be mistaken for the work of an independent producer.
Considering the level of perfection and luxurious specs, the price is surprisingly reasonable...
This is a special custom model that is one of a kind, so don't miss this opportunity to purchase one!
