With the addition of "WORLD PEDAL PARK (WPP)" on the 1st floor and "THE IKEBE PRS VAULT" on the 2nd floor, this
"next-generation store" for music and instruments will evolve even further.
Ikeshibu celebrates its 5th anniversary with an update
Ikebe Musical Instruments celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2025. The following year, in 2026, the flagship store, IKEBE SHIBUYA, will celebrate its 5th anniversary.
Since its opening on March 13, 2021, Ikeshibu has been spreading music culture from Shibuya. From the very beginning, the store has aimed to be a "base for disseminating entertainment culture" and a "next-generation music and instrument store."
The hotel will celebrate its fifth anniversary on March 13, 2026, and as a culmination of the building's gradual renovations that have been underway since February, the experiential store "WORLD PEDAL PARK (WPP)" will be opened on the first floor, and the PRS specialty store "THE IKEBE PRS VAULT" will be opened on the second floor on Friday, March 20 (national holiday).
Two new stores opened at Ikeshibu
WORLD PEDAL PARK (WPP) is a park-like experience store.

WORLD PEDAL PARK (WPP), which opened on the first floor of Ikebukuro, is an experiential store that goes beyond the boundaries of a shop, becoming more like a park. It features a "pedal tower" with 2,000 guitar effect pedals lined up, as well as a "pedal box" where anyone can try out effect pedals without connecting a guitar. With a focus on guitar effect pedals, the store offers a full lineup ranging from mini amps to DTM/recording equipment and entry-level guitars, aiming to be a space where you can experience "everything about sound creation" on one floor.
PRS specialty store "THE IKEBE PRS VAULT"

"THE IKEBE PRS VAULT" is a PRS specialty store where you can see an overwhelming lineup, from the highly cost-effective SE series to the rare Private Stock. It also features Japan's first hanging 3D display of guitars, designed specifically for THE IKEBE PRS VAULT. In the test-play area, dedicated staff will carefully guide you through each guitar, asking about your purpose and preferences, allowing you to fully experience the unique character of each model.
THE IKEBE PRS VAULT is a special space where you can experience the world of PRS with all five senses.

Japan's first hanging guitar display (3D display)"Grandy & Jungle" will expand its exhibits by 1.5 times, making it one of the largest in Tokyo.

On the same day, Grandy & Jungle will revise its layout and expand the number of guitars on display to 1.5 times its current size. This will strengthen the lineup to one of the largest in Tokyo, not just the Shibuya area, with Gibson and Epiphone offerings doubling from previous levels and Ibanez offerings expanding, creating an environment where customers can easily compare and play guitars. Furthermore, major manufacturers, including Fender, will be gathered on the same floor, evolving the sales floor into an interactive experience where customers can compare across brands and choose the guitar that best suits their playing style and preferences.
