Description
Description
◆Analog mode / Digital mode selector switch While retaining the ease of use of the previous model ES2, the successor model ES3 now features a new digital delay mode.
You can easily select between analog and digital modes with the flip of a switch.
In analog mode, the delay sound is generated using a BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) element, and the delay time can be set from 40ms to a maximum of 600ms.
Like the ES2, it has a natural, warm sound with little thinning and ensures good sound projection.
In digital mode, the delay time can be set from 40ms up to 1,500ms, allowing for extremely long delay effects.
◆ INSTRUMENT/LINE LEVEL selector switch to suit the input instrument or pedal
INSTRUMENT: Suitable for input levels from a typical electric guitar. Select this if you are using the ES3 as a guitar effect pedal.
LINE: Suitable for inputting high-output signals, such as when connecting the ES3 after a booster, connecting it to an amplifier's effects loop (send/return), or even when using it as a keyboard effects pedal.
Classical and stable housing design: The delay time is adjusted using a fader, just like the ES2, which combines classic looks with ease of use. The exterior also features a classic design, with a wooden frame positioned on the side of the mint-colored housing. Its large size provides a sense of stability, and its unique design is reminiscent of tabletop use.
◆Tap function allows you to set the optimal tempo while playing
◆MODULATION ON/OFF switch By using this with a short delay time setting, you can recreate an effect similar to a chorus.
◆ OSCILLATION switch for powerful oscillation
Pressing and holding the TAP/OSC switch turns on OSCILLATION, which produces intense oscillations.
When ON, you can create even more chaotic sounds by adjusting the FEEDBACK, sliding the delay time, and switching the MODULATION switch.
*Please note that if you suddenly increase the delay time when OSCILLATION is ON, you may damage your amplifier and speakers.
