Description
Description
We've just received a custom model from Phoenix, a high-end brand from TUNE, a long-established Japanese manufacturer. Based on the PH9-5, this custom model features a unique and beautiful burl maple body top, a design we've poured our heart and soul into. This time, we've chosen a natural color to bring out the unique character of the burl maple, resulting in a luxurious look that highlights the beautiful grain. In terms of sound, the ash body combines a mellow, powerful tone with a responsive attack. Furthermore, we've used walnut for the center core. This attention to detail, even in areas that are usually hard to see, also contributes to a tighter sound.
The neck is also made of carefully selected hard maple, molded in three pieces for superior rigidity. The compact body provides exceptional grip and playability, almost making the scale length feel shorter. It faithfully reproduces the nuances of fast passages. The assembly utilizes a combination of the Phoenix brand BB-1-5 and the manufacturer's original GZP-2 circuit. You'll experience crisp, clear sound with rich midrange pressure. The EQ controls are also highly responsive, making this guitar versatile for a wide range of genres, from solid backing to flashy solos.
The brand has made considerable efforts to keep the price down while using materials comparable to those used by high-end overseas brands. TUNE, a long-established Japanese manufacturer with unrivaled access to rare materials and the development of original parts, has created a high-class guitar that is worthy of being called a representative of Japan.
