Zach is known on the internet as one of the most passionate Tube Screamer enthusiasts.
It seems time to add a touch of Mythos to this classic circuit.
We started with the iconic 808 circuit and spiced it up with some of Zach's favorite modifications.

The Envy Pro Overdrive uses a TS method that improves output, expands the driving range, and thickens the bass, making it easier to use for all players regardless of style.

Envy wanted to offer more options than just three knobs, so they went with the fun and quirky push buttons. The Lows and Clip buttons quickly adjust the circuit's most frequently tweaked parameters.
With the button up, the circuit has a more traditional TS-style drive sound. With Lows on, the amount of low end is increased and the overall sound is fuller. Pressing the Clip button turns the diode off, resulting in a louder, less compressed and more open sound.

At the heart of the Envy Pro Overdrive is a "socketed" RC4558P dual op-amp chip. This is for one very important reason: to experiment. Zach has repeatedly said that dual op-amps don't sound all that different, but if you want to try different chips, you can easily do so with the Envy. RC4558, JRC4558, TL072, OP275, OPA2604, LM1458N, etc.

The pedal ships with both mod buttons set to the "Up Position," which is Zach's preferred setting.
Pressing the Lows button adds bottom end and reduces midrange.
Pressing the Clip button adds symmetrical soft clipping, making the overall sound a bit more traditional.
