// Otto Link Hybrid Model LA Metal for Tenor Sax //

The LA Metal was newly launched with the introduction of the Hybrid model, further expanding the modern Otto Link style.
With its slightly higher baffle and smaller chamber, this model boasts a punchy sound with emphasized high frequencies and a sharp edge, setting it apart from conventional Otto Link rubber models.
It excels in music scenes where a powerful and bright sound is demanded, while also possessing the excellent balance to produce the warm sound characteristic of Otto Link when played with a slower breath.
Because the beak is relatively low, switching from a metal mouthpiece or from an alto saxophone is smooth.
This is an ambitious creation that blends Otto Link's signature classic DNA with modern design.

■ Preferred genres: Suitable for all modern styles including rock, pop, jazz, blues, funk, fusion, R&B, etc.
■Features: Powerful and warm bass, dynamic and bright cutting-edge sound, and increased airflow.
■Resistance: Medium resistance provides responsive playability and easy dynamic control.
■Abilities: Powerful and versatile, capable of handling both ensemble blending and solo prominence.

[Hybrid Model]
This mouthpiece combines the traditional craftsmanship and finishing techniques that JJ Babbitt has cultivated at Elkhart with Theo Wanne's latest process control, precision manufacturing, and measurement standards.
We eliminate individual variations while preserving the iconic appeal of the mouthpiece.
Hybrid models have a lot number engraved on the mouthpiece itself.
