Used pineapple-shaped Koaloha soprano ukulele from Hawaii!
This Hawaii-made Koaloha ukulele features a Royal Pikake mango body and a unique construction that boasts exceptional sound projection and rich volume, even among the many Hawaiian brands.
Koaloha is a brand founded by Alvin Okami in 1986.
Alvin Okami was formerly an artist who sang backup for ukulele legend Herb Ohta, and later began making ukuleles, creating the unique streamlined headstock, rice-ball-shaped soundhole, and original uni-brace structure. Now, led by his two sons, Allen and Paul, the company has factories in Thailand and Indonesia, and has become a globally active brand.
This pineapple-shaped Royal Pikake ukulele is a soprano model with a mango body. It features a black veneer, abalone inlays, a five-pronged crown head, original gear pegs, and a satin finish.
With gorgeous specs like a mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard and bridge, it boasts a sweeter, richer bass than a koa and impressive grain. Its cute size and ukulele-like sound make it a joy to play.
It has been used very little and is in relatively good condition, but there is a slight dent in the front of the bridge due to its construction. However, there are no problems with the playing surface and it is ready to use right away.
This product comes with a hard case from another company, so we are offering it at a great price. The pineapple-shaped case is limited in number, so if you've been looking for one, don't miss out!
