~~~~~The following is the product description for a new item. ~~~~~
The ultimate lineup j.custom, 2008 model!
As the name suggests, the j.custom is the pinnacle of RG's Japan Custom series, produced exclusively in Japan. Crafted with carefully selected materials and crafted by skilled artisans with attention to detail in sound and playability, it boasts a level of quality that sets it apart from the rest.
The RG features a newly developed Edge-Zero tremolo, incorporating the traditional knife-edge style with a Zero-Point System. The bridge is always centered, allowing for a floating setting that prevents the tuning of other strings from being disturbed even if a string breaks, ensuring stable tuning even on stage. It also significantly reduces stress when changing strings or tuning. This is a new Ibanez concept that offers greater stability while retaining the wide adjustable arm action unique to locking tremolos.
In terms of looks, the popular matching headstock and fingerboard are still in place, with a flame maple binding, and the back of the neck is finished with a "VelveTouch" finish for smooth fingering. The RG's distinctive sound is perfectly thick and edgy, covering a wide range of tones from clear clean to deeply distorted. This is why it's so popular across all generations and genres.
Looking at the finer details, you'll see that painstaking work has been spared everywhere, such as the recessed placement of the control knobs to support operability with low action, and the rounded fret sides that promote smooth fingering. This is proof of our continued pursuit of a level of perfection worthy of the title of our highest-end model.
We have selected woods that are rich and have a positive acoustic effect, such as a very high-quality flame maple body top, a dense mahogany body, and a highly rigid maple/walnut neck, and then taken into consideration the appropriateness of the guitar structure, resulting in a lineup of guitars that are of a high standard even by global standards.
This is an excellent product that allows you to fully experience the power of Ibanez, a world-renowned brand that Japan is proud of!
