Description
Description
This is a 1964-style ES-345 model that features a deep joint, Bumblebee capacitors, double-ring machine headstock, metal top hat knobs, and a slim '60s-style neck grip, giving it a level of performance that's one step above the rest.
The slender horn shape is reproduced, creating a different atmosphere from the traditional ES-335. It also features nylon bridge saddles unique to the era.
Since 2014, we have adopted a hide glue neck fit and a neutral rod similar to the Historic Collection, and by using 550K control pots, we have avoided pots below 500K that can occur due to tolerances.Furthermore, the 550K pots delivered are inspected in the factory and assigned to the optimal match for neck pick-up, bridge pickup, and P-90 according to the measured resistance value.
Each pickup, including its mounting position, has been carefully designed to achieve the best tone, and the selection of pots is unique to Memphis.
The ES-345's distinctive rotary Varitone SW features a different capacitor for each position, allowing for a wide variety of tones and boasting an overwhelming range of sound variations.
This particular guitar has a small dent on the head top, but otherwise only small scratches and very small dents that are not visible in the images, making it in excellent condition.
More than 90% of the frets remain, and there are no problems with the electrical system or truss rod, making this a recommended guitar for both playing and collecting.
Made in 2015. Includes hard case and certificate. Weight: Approx. 3.78kg.
