A compressor for music that prioritizes musical sound.
This masterpiece compressor took over two years of development by CHANDLER Limited designer Wade Goake.
Its greatest feature is its circuit design, which prioritizes musical texture. All design decisions were based solely on actual recordings and listening. Refusing to be bound by measuring instruments, mathematical calculations, or physical verification, everything was decided with the utmost importance placed on the musical tone and artistic quality that can actually be heard. For example, the Germanium Compressor does not use notations such as XX seconds for attack or release, nor does it have a ratio of ○:●. Everything was tuned by ear through listening tests. The Germanium Compressor is a one-of-a-kind compressor born from an approach that is fundamentally different from conventional pro audio equipment, which is obsessed with numbers, and is like building a high-quality musical instrument.

Items with “USED” in the product name are pre-owned and will be delivered as shown in the photos. Signs of wear may be present. All items are function-tested by our staff and rechecked before dispatch.
■ Stock
Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.
■ Shipping
We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
