Description

★【Studio Standard Comp】★
A classic dynamics processor that lets you freely manipulate harmonic distortion

A classic machine that needs no introduction! A versatile compressor!

This amazing compressor can simulate compressors from various eras by freely manipulating second and third harmonic components.
They are a common fixture in many studios, and engineers use them to create a wide variety of sounds every day.

A classic dynamics processor that delighted recording engineers, allowing for the free manipulation of harmonic distortion.

Simply put, the Distressor is a compressor/limiter, an outboard device with exceptional performance for gain control during recording and mixdown. However, what's even more impressive is the harmonic distortion it can freely impart to your sound, which has captivated engineers worldwide since its release. The exquisite harmonics added by the transformers and vacuum tubes found in classic machines like the UREI, Fairchild, and DBX, as well as the unique saturation that arises when recording to magnetic tape... If only you could freely impart the nuances unique to these specific models (of course, many of them are expensive and difficult to obtain and maintain) to your sound...

The Distressor makes that dream come true.
