Description
We have a rare, used 1993 Matchless DC-30 from the Sampson era in stock, with a custom color and plastic handle!
The DC-30 with the plastic handle is an example from 1991 to 1993!!!
Furthermore, color customization only began in 1993, so the combination of plastic handlebars and colored models is extremely rare!!!
The transformer used is made by WTI, a company synonymous with the early models, and models up until 1993 also feature very high quality resistors and capacitors!!!
As you can see in the image, the internal wiring is already configured with a beautiful layout that is like a work of art!!!
The output sound is rich in overtones and has a wonderful, lustrous tone!!!
Unfortunately, in recent years, the number of early Sampson-Era Matchless DC-30s in circulation has decreased...
In addition, the previous owner changed the master volume push/pull pot to a regular pot, so both channels now support master volume.
In terms of operation, there is a slight crackle in the volume of the right channel, but it is within the range where it does not cause any problems when using it!!!
The vacuum tubes have also been replaced, making this a ready-to-use unit!!!
This particular item is a genuine domestic product from the Bright International era!!!
Unfortunately, the plastic handle has cracks and the Tolex has many scratches, but it is expected that this item will become even more valuable in the future!!!
