Scoop Creation Works, based in Osaka, is a studio where maker Tsujimoto focuses on the tone and look of his instruments, carefully crafting each one using high-quality woods and parts selected from both Japan and overseas. The studio is renowned for the sound produced by its original pickups, which are carefully tailored to the character tone of each instrument, its aged finish that exudes a vintage feel, and the meticulous quality of its original pickguards, which are individually crafted to give each instrument a vintage feel.
This instrument has been finished to beautifully recreate the atmosphere that only vintage instruments can create, with a dignified aged finish that rivals that of a genuine vintage instrument, a textured back of the neck that fits comfortably in the player's hand, and an original pickguard.
This guitar is based on the J-Bass-'65 type, but features block positioning and binding, with the 1st fret markings deliberately omitted, creating a custom design. The pickups have been replaced with Fender USA '60s pickups, and the bridge has been replaced with a standard specification rather than an aged one for easier adjustment. This customization is both practical and practical.
Any rust or tarnish on the hardware or scratches on the paint are due to the original aging process, and there are no noticeable scratches. The truss rod also has ample room, so it's ready to use right away. This is a masterpiece with a sound that evokes the feeling of old times.
