A unique sound that combines the magnetic power of cassette tape with fuzz sound.
This unique fuzz pedal is inspired by the distorted sound that everyone used to try: plugging an electric guitar into the head amp of a cassette 4-track multi-track recorder and clipping it with excessive input.
The saturation, compression characteristics, and soft saturation that are unique to magnetic tape have an unmatched lo-fi beauty. The atmospheric, rough sound is reminiscent of the American handmade indie scene of the early 1990s, leaving a lasting impression. While following the classic path of fuzz tone, this is a tasteful sound creation that is unique to mid-fi electronics, with a lo-fi feel at the forefront. The slightly lo-fi fuzz tone has a nostalgic, earthy quality to it. I was once again impressed by the mid-fi sense.
It features a High/Low (boost & cut) EQ, master volume, and trim gain, and its internal power supply is kept at a low voltage, achieving low (not high!) headroom.

"This sound is a reproduction of the fuzz sound you get by connecting a guitar directly to a 4-track cassette MTR and turning up the Trim control all the way. I used to make fuzz sounds like this when I was younger, and I still love that sound, so I developed this fuzz."
