DANTE, HDX, Thunderbolt 3 32-channel audio interface
The Galaxy 32 Synergy Core is a multi-channel audio interface and high-end AD/DA converter for professional recording studios and renowned production facilities. Based on Antelope Audio's award-winning Orion 32 line, this interface features 32 channels of analog I/O, industry-standard HDX, Thunderbolt, and Dante digital connectivity, and Synergy Core processing in a 1U rack-mountable enclosure. In addition to comprehensive I/O, the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core features high-resolution conversion and 64-bit AFC clocking, enabling better-sounding recording systems.
●Monitoring control and speaker calibration for spatial audio setups up to 16 channels. Supports up to 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos.
●High fidelity conversion reproduces detailed sound during recording and streaming playback, and 64-bit AFC clocking technology creates a spacious stereo image with a sense of separation.
●32 I/O channels, 64 optical MADI I/O channels, and 8 ADAT I/O channels on eight DC-coupled D-Sub25 connectors.
64 I/O channels via Thunderbolt 3 ports for popular DAWs, 64 I/O channels via two HDX ports for Pro Tools, and up to 64 I/O channels via Dante with a primary and mirrored secondary port for redundancy.
●All digital ports can be used simultaneously, making it easy to integrate with multiple systems and different setups.
●37 Synergy Core analog modeling effects are included, with over 30 options available for expansion. Real-time processing with zero noticeable latency.
●A virtual patch bay that allows you to easily route complex input and output signals with drag and drop. Complex input and output signal routing can be performed with drag and drop.
■Supports future audio production
With comprehensive surround and immersive monitoring controls and speaker calibration for up to 16 channels or 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos, the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core is the perfect interface for any surround or immersive audio setup.
With 23 preset formats and onboard routing configuration, the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core can easily be integrated into any workflow. From studio applications such as music, film, TV, games, and VR audio production, to multi-channel speaker array sound systems for venue PA, theaters, performance spaces, and art installations, the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core is ready for the new future of audio in any setup.
■Unparalleled audio performance: During audio playback, you can enjoy a new level of recorded detail and an expanded sound field for an outstanding stereo image. Crystal-clear master-grade converters with up to 130dB headroom, combined with the same 64-bit AFC clocking technology as Antelope Audio's legendary master clock, deliver unparalleled audio performance throughout your studio.
■Refine your projects with Synergy Core processing
Synergy Core's built-in effects are modeled after classic studio gear and can be applied in real time during monitoring, post-production, and live recording. Dedicated compressors, EQs, and preamps are processed within the interface with near-zero latency, reducing load on your host's CPU. Synergy Core also has the power to handle complex multi-rack setups. Load up to 128 of your favorite signal processors in a single session. Need a console bus compressor for your entire drum kit or a mastering EQ for your mix bus? We've got you covered.
You can always expand your collection by purchasing analog-modeled effects like Grove Hill's Liverpool or third-party effects like Antares' Auto-Tune.
■Seamless integration and abundant I/O
The 1U box is ideal for high-end audio installations that need to move audio over long distances, or when rack space is tight and all audio needs to be tracked simultaneously. This versatile interface combines converters, a digital patchbay, Dante systems with MADI, HDX, and Thunderbolt 3 interfaces, bringing multiple devices together.
Dozens of external preamps and signals can be routed in and out of the interface via eight D-Sub25 connectors, while optical MADI, ADAT and S/PDIF connections allow for digital expansion.
Large-scale sessions and efficient workflow
With the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core, input and output channels are no longer a scarce commodity. Unlike modular systems, all I/O is always available and can be used simultaneously without swapping boards or changing your setup, making it easier to work with multiple sessions. Thanks to Antelope Audio's proprietary FPGA programming, your HD or HDX rig can now sustain 64 I/O channels in Pro Tools, even at 192kHz.
■ Functions that make recording easier
Galaxy 32 Synergy Core's digital routing is a virtual patchbay for quickly categorizing all channels entering and leaving the interface. Simple drag-and-drop functionality and color-coded labeling speed setup. In addition to intuitive routing, the software's Control Panel lets you apply effects to your DAW playback channels, create presets, and quickly configure your mix.
