In single-coil mode, only the inner coils of both the front and rear pickups are active. The mini-switches allow you to switch between three different sounds: Voice 1 (classic, fat, and rounded sound) when positioned at the neck, Voice 2 (powerful, full-dynamics sound) when positioned at the bridge, and Voice 2 Mid Contour (a funky, hi-fi sound with scooped mids) when positioned at the center.
