869320
Gibson USED Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue HRM VOS Washed Cherry 2018 [SN. 8 8173]
Recommended used items!
We've received a recommended used Historic Collection Les Paul, which made a long-awaited comeback in 2018!
For Les Paul enthusiasts, this guitar features a subtly sturdy-looking wood grain that's irresistible.
A superb instrument featuring a top wood made of hard rock maple, a favorite among connoisseurs! The certificate of authenticity also states HRM.
This guitar boasts a beautiful wood grain and a classic Washed Cherry color that shines with a juicy brilliance!

The Historic Collection Les Paul, which ceased production in 2014, was revived in 2018 along with the discontinuation of the True Historic series! And it continues to be available to this day.

This commemorative 2018 Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul is now available as a recommended used item! What's more, it's a must-see, as it features a Hard Rock Maple top, a coveted wood for many Les Paul fans!

The Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul, officially revived in 2018, basically follows the 2017 specifications (True Historic parts and all-hide glue fit), but officially adopts Jescar narrow-type fret wire (Jescar FW50078, 1.98 mm wide) in consideration of historical accuracy. However, this particular instrument measures approximately 2.52 mm wide, the same as a 1959 Les Paul. The Pre-Pack Checklist is dated 1/24/18, early 2018, so it is likely a transitional instrument that still used the previous year's medium-sized frets. The neck grip has the same shape as the True Historic '58 Les Paul, which was a popular top-of-the-line model between 2015 and 2017. The powerful vibrations produced by the firm yet not too thick grip are a unique charm of the '58 model!

In 2018, further refinements were made to pursue even greater realism, including a redesigned truss rod cover with a straighter, sharper taper on the white edge, a refreshed base burst color, and a slightly faded Aniline Dye Cherry body back color!

And of course, you can't miss the hard rock maple!
Moreover, it features a blister top with a beautiful yet sturdy, top-quality wood grain that is irresistible to Les Paul enthusiasts.
The popular Green Lemon color perfectly matches the overall look, creating a breathtakingly beautiful appearance.

Why does the sound that Hard Rock Maple produces resonate so deeply with people?
It lies in the quick, responsive sound that is characteristic of HRM.
In expressing the emotional fluctuations that are so important in music, hard rock maple will respond to the nuances of picking that express human emotions, just as if you were playing a high-quality acoustic guitar!
Because of its quick response, mastering this instrument requires concentration, but it's the perfect wood selection for artistic individuals who want to precisely express the impulses that arise in their minds! This wood material is quite rare, so if you're interested, please come and check out the actual instrument at our store!

The pickups are the classic Custom Bucker. This pickup selection will give you a sound full of bite. The combination of carefully selected pickups and carefully chosen wood tones produces a magical Les Paul tone! The dry tone has a rich harmonic richness that is irresistible. The sharp bridge, the rich neck, and the exquisite half-tones created by the interplay of the two are all superb!

We've just received some recommended used items!
There are some minor scratches, dents on the body top and back, small original paint imperfections, small original paint indentations between the front and rear pickups, some tarnishing on the parts, and rust on the stud heads, but none of these affect playability. Overall, it's in pretty good condition! We've performed a full maintenance and cleaning at our shop, so it's ready to use right away.
There are some cracks inside the knobs, but this does not affect their current functionality.

The frets have been leveled and are ready to use. Approximately 85% of the fret life remains.
The nuts are in good working order and function normally. The truss rods also function correctly for normal adjustments.

Accessories include the original brown hard case, keys, serial number tag, Pre-Pack Checklist, and Japanese Owner's Manual.

Enchanting hard rock maple!
Don't miss out on our recommended used items!

SN. 8 8173
Weight ≈ 3.96 kg

Accessories include: original brown hard case, keys, serial number tag, pre-pack checklist, and Japanese owner's manual.

BODY....Carved Figured Maple Top / Solid Mahogany Back
NECK....1P Mahogany w/Long Tennon
PROFILE.....58 Fine Carve
FINGERBOARD....Rosewood / 22 Frets
HARDWARE.....Nickel
BRIDGE....ABR-1 Bridge & Lightweight Aluminum Stopbar Tailpiece w/Long Stud
MACHINEHEAD....New Kluson Deluxe Green Keys
PICKUP....Custombucker (R) & (T)
CONTROL....2Volume-2Tone-3way Toggle SW

*Please note that all items we carry are pre-owned and only one of each is available.
We regret to inform you that we will be prioritizing customers who have placed orders.
Please note the following before making inquiries or requests for reservations.
Customers viewing product pages other than those on the Ikebe Musical Instruments website,
Please place your order by viewing the product page of the retailer or by going to the music store's purchase page.
