The gain boost, in particular, has a tone curve setting that is ideal for pushing the distortion of subsequent pedals\/amps, allowing you to create a powerful drive sound.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Both color1 and color2 are knobs that control the midrange frequencies, with the 12 o'clock position being flat.
