871121
YAMAHA USED REVSTAR Series RS420 (Fired Red) [SN.IHK073554] Yamaha
Used YAMAHA REVSTAR Series!

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the launch of Yamaha's first full-fledged acoustic guitars, the "FG180" and "FG150," and its first electric guitars, the "SG-3" and "SG-2," in 1966. To commemorate this milestone and launch a new series of electric guitars, Yamaha began by completely rethinking its development process. The "REVSTAR series" was born from development and design that incorporated the opinions and ideas of third parties, including professional artists, industry experts, and guitar enthusiasts.

While retaining the distinctive features of Yamaha's flagship "SG series" electric guitars, this model boasts a unique design reminiscent of a custom motorcycle. Furthermore, the inclusion of a uniquely developed pickup delivers a robust, resonant sound while also achieving a sharp, edgy tone. The newly designed neck joint and body shape provide excellent playability. In addition, features such as the dry switch for bass cut and a wide range of expressive, nuanced sounds that respond to any picking style meet the needs of players who want to express their individuality.

◆ RS420A
The Alnico pickups give the 420 model a more emphasized midrange and a sustained sound compared to the 320 model. The 420 model features a dry switch, which provides a natural low-cut, resulting in a well-balanced and clear sound, especially in clean tones. The thin neck and back contour also contribute to its excellent playability.

*Regarding the condition, there are no noticeable dents or damage to the frets, and approximately 80% of them remain. The truss rod also has plenty of adjustment range.
The electrical system is in good working order, and while there are some minor, shallow scratches and tarnishing on the metal parts, the overall condition shows relatively little signs of use.

*Please refer to the photos for any particularly noticeable large scratches or damage.

Includes original soft case

*Please note that items handled at our reuse stores are pre-owned and only one of each is available.
