The ROOM SIZE knob allows you to adjust the volume from a small space like a cleaning supplies closet to an almost infinitely vast space.\u003cbr\u003e Additionally, Cloak offers two options: true bypass, which cuts the reverb trail when bypassed, and buffered trail bypass, which allows the trail to continue.\u003cbr\u003e Whichever you choose, Cloak casts a little black magic on your sound.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e ●Control\u003cbr\u003e ROOM SIZE: Adjusts the length and gain of the reverb simultaneously, naturally adjusting the spatial breadth and size.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e MIX: Adjusts the dry signal in the output from 100% to 0%.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e HIGH CUT: Adjusts the harmonics of the reverb signal, smoothing out the high frequencies, especially when SHIMMER is set high.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e SHIMMER: Adds shimmer to the room reverb. At the minimum counterclockwise setting, no shimmer is added, resulting in a rich room reverb. At the maximum clockwise setting, it produces a harmonic, rich shimmer reverb.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e ●Internal switch\u003cbr\u003e The Cloak has a switch inside to change the bypass mode. The default setting is trail mode (buffered bypass). The internal preamp remains active even when bypassed, so the final reverberation remains even when bypassed.\u003cbr\u003e Flipping the switch activates true bypass mode, which bypasses the preamp and cuts all reverb when bypassed.\u003cbr\u003e The Gain trim pot is adjusted by the manufacturer before shipping, so you generally don't need to adjust it. However, if you do need to adjust it, we recommend marking it or taking a photo so you can return it to its original position.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e ●Power supply\u003cbr\u003e Cloak is powered by a standard center-negative DC 9-18V adapter. Current consumption is 60mA, but for stable operation, please use a power supply of 100mA or more. 9V power provides excellent sound; 18V power offers even more headroom.
